180 days to change your mind
Six months is a generous window by any standard. Here is exactly how it works and what to do if you want to use it.
What it covers
Every Leptozan package bought through the official checkout comes with a 180-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of your purchase.
It is a satisfaction guarantee, which means it is not limited to something being wrong with the product. If it simply is not for you, that is reason enough.
Two details worth holding onto:
- The clock starts when you pay, not when the parcel lands. Shipping time comes out of the window — although with 180 days, that hardly matters.
- It applies to official orders only. A bottle bought from a marketplace listing is outside the guarantee entirely.
Read the return instructions on the checkout page before you order. Two minutes then saves a lot of searching later.

Unusually for this category, even the largest package fits inside the guarantee. Most products give you 60 days and sell you a 180-day supply.
How to claim it
Find your order email
It has your order number, the purchase date and the retailer’s support address. Those three things are all a refund needs.
Email that address
Quote the order number and purchase date and say what you would like. Write to them, not to us — we cannot process refunds.
Follow their instructions
Including anything about sending bottles back. Keep the packaging until it is settled.
Worth checking before you order
The guarantee length is published. A few operational details are not, and they are the ones that decide whether claiming is easy:
- Who pays return postage, if anything has to go back
- Whether opened bottles need returning
- How long a refund takes to appear
They will be in the checkout terms. The two minutes before you pay is the only moment when reading them is genuinely useful.
What this website can’t do
We publish information about Leptozan. We do not take payment, hold your order or have any account with the retailer on your behalf. That means we cannot cancel an order, change an address, track a parcel, approve a refund or look up what you bought.
